The introductory lessons on this website are free. This version has no checkout, takes no online payments and creates no paid enrolments. There is no fee to refund for reading these resources or sending an enquiry.
Enquiries and cancellation
You can withdraw a course enquiry by sending a message through the contact form with your original enquiry reference. An enquiry does not commit you to a course or payment.
Before any paid course
If a paid course is offered, the course provider must supply written details of the course, delivery format, total fee, start date, cancellation terms and refund process before you agree or pay. Do not pay without those details. This page does not replace those offer-specific terms.
If you believe you paid
Send a “Complaint or refund enquiry” through the contact form, including the payment date, amount, description and any reference. Do not send full card or bank details. We will review which service and provider the payment relates to. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
